La société ITTI cherche à intégrer un consortium sur le sujet : « SU-SPACE-23-SEC-2019 », subtopic c).

ITTI company is interested in participating in a consortium for a proposal addressing topic: SU-SPACE-23-SEC-2019 “Advanced Research in Near Earth Objects (NEOs) a new payload technologies for planetary defence” in sub-topic c) “Improvement of our knowledge of the physical characteristics of the NEO population”.

ITTI can be involved in developing a guideline/procedure of efficient use and pooling of existing large aperture telescopes bringing some experience in follow-up observation automatic scheduling extending it on network of sensors. We could also model procedures of international collaboration focused on timely follow-up observations of PHOs. We could build a web platform to support around-the-world follow-up observation campaigns.

ITTI can develop software for visualisation of both dynamical and physical characteristics of NEOs.  It could predict and visualise NEOs visibility conditions, orbit models with temporal positions, photometric observation results like lightcurves, rotation period and phase curves. We could also derive, model and visualise objects’ 3D shapes.

It is worth to mention that ITTI cooperates with the following academic partners: Astronomical Observatory of Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań and Space Research Centre from Warsaw. If needed these partners can be also involved in the consortium working on this topic.

Short info on ITTI

ITTI is an IT company (SME) providing software solutions for the companies and institutions in Poland and in other countries. The company operates since 1996 and is located in Poznan, Poland. Currently, ITTI has a team consisting of ca. 60 persons.

The main goal of ITTI is develop and provide innovative applications and dedicated software solutions which are adjusted to customer needs, e.g. systems supporting management of warehouses and manufacturing processes, e-health systems, simulation tools, systems supporting space situational awareness and space missions.

In the last 15 years ITTI has been also actively involved in the research and development projects performed in the programmes funded by European Commission (recently H2020, and formerly FP5, FP6 and FP7), European Defence Agency (e.g. Joint Investment Programme on Force Protection, Joint Investment Programme on CBRN) and national research programmes. In R&D activities the company cooperates closely with numerous universities and research institutes based in Poland as well as around Europe.

It should be stressed that since 2013 ITTI collaborates with European Space Agency (ESA). Its main areas of expertise are in the following domains: Space Situational Awareness (mainly NEO and SST), Software supporting ground segment (mainly AIT operations) and on-board protocols (e.g. SpaceWire, SpaceFibre, Time-Triggered Ethernet).

Moreover, the company has done projects for European Network Information Security Agency (ENISA).

ITTI is an institutional member of the Public Safety Communication Europe Forum and Integrated Mission Group for Security (IMG-S). ITTI is also one of the co-founders of Polish Space Industry Association.

In the recent years ITTI was several times awarded with the prestigious “Cristal Brussels Prize” for being the most active and successful Polish company participating in EC FP programmes (i.e. FP5, FP6, FP7 and H2020).

ITTI experts possess the following certificates: PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), ITIL (IT Service Management Best Practices), TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), BS 7799/ISO 27001 (information security), SJSI/ISTQB, OCUP2 (software testing).
